There was only one car in front of me in the drive-thru, and I even told them I was willing to wait as long as needed to ensure the food was freshly prepared. After paying, they asked me to park in front, which I did without any issue. The staff assured me that everything was being made fresh and that my order would be good. Unfortunately, when I got home, it was obvious that was not the case. The food tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a while. The textures were off, items were barely warm, and the portions were disappointing — it honestly felt like they just threw in whatever leftovers they had instead of making my order fresh like I requested. For a $42 order, I expected much better quality and care. What makes this even more frustrating is that I contacted Taco Bell customer service immediately and requested a full refund. It has now been a week, and I haven’t received any response. No follow-up, no acknowledgment — nothing. That lack of customer service only adds to the disappointment. The only positive part of the experience was that the guy at the drive-thru window was polite and friendly. However, good customer service at the window doesn’t make up for poor food quality and zero follow-up from corporate. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I paid a significant amount of money for food that was clearly not fresh, and the lack of response afterward makes it even worse. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
