Literally told me to circle back through the long drive-thru line to pick up my food. I placed a mobile order, went through the drive-thru, and gave my name at the ordering speaker (so you'd think my order would be entered in the queue, on the screens that the staff use to make each order, after the car in front of me and before the car behind me). When I pulled up to the window they told me to circle back around the drive-thru line again so they could make my food fresh, because it was a mobile order (as if that should make any difference). That makes absolutely zero sense, and they did the same thing to my s/o recently. Having to circle back through a long drive-thru line defeats the whole purpose of the order of the line! Especially when the mobile order was placed before entering the drive-thru line in the first place. I am really curious to see if they try this nonsense again, quite possibly the most bizarre fast food experience I've ever had. Btw I did not circle back through the line.
