I've been patronizing Bell's taco restaurants since I was just a wee little taco boy. I continued to buy American type style tacos when I was a young taco man. And not unlike Charybdis the swirling threads of time once again draw me into the warm bosom of acceptable for human consumption grade fine dining. I like the grilled cheese burrito. I can feel a few of my final days being erased from the book of life as the warm, gooey, greasy culinary amalgamation travels down my gullet and into my gut. My brain tries to comprehend the eldritch horror I just voluntarily ingested and what the repercussions might be for my soul. A strong sense of impending doom, a silent omen pecks relentlessly from inside. A deep primeval knowledge that the grilled cheese burrito is a real life paradox. It should not exist, yet it does. It is right there as if mocking the great architect and all things he had created. What foul gastronomical horror has crawled it's way from the darkest pits of man's depraved imagination has concocted this grilled cheese burrito? What twisted demoniac experiment resulted in this deceitfully delectable foodstuff? Then like 20 minutes later I'm hungry again. And I know that if I tempt fate once more I will regret my arrogance. A dangerous dance it is, the grilled cheese burrito. Far better men than I have succumbed to it's savory siren's call. For no amount of sheer willpower is enough to stave off the magnetic pull of it's flavorful and robust taste combinations. It seems to me that when they were calling forth the grilled cheese burrito from whatever non-Euclidean nightmare realm from whence it came, the high taco priest only considered if they could successfully complete the summoning ritual. They never stopped and pondered if they should. I am going to eat another grilled cheese burrito. May God have mercy on my soul.

I have the worst customer service... I just went in the drive-thru and made my order, a very hungry homeless person asked for a taco and burrito. So I asked the person working if I could make another order. Keep in mind there were no cars behind me and zero people in the lobby he told me that I had to drive around because there was only one order per car. I was just trying to help someone out and the employee was being extremely rude about adding a second order or even adding two things to my current order this is unacceptable it not like I was trying to order 50 other items.

I am a constant visitor and the last few times I've been going it's just been getting worse. there's no more Baja blast option when you go and when I got one of their refresca drinks it was the wrong color and tasted awful. My quesadilla wasn't even fully cooked, the cheese wasn't melted. not worth $12 to get unmelted cheese quesadilla.

They need to rethink the pick up window and how they get orders out; it can literally turn into a mosh pit lol. Be ready for chaos after midnight. For 16th street I’d expect better

Shout out to the bald guy with the face tattoos and the young dude with the brown ponytail, you can tell they actually put effort in to making this place run smoothly and getting peoples orders out correct and timely. This is the last place on the planet that deserves 5 stars because I come in here all the time and can wait 27 minutes just to get the wrong food when it isn’t even busy. But some of the staff here do actually try to make this place suck a little less, and i wanted to mention it in a review.
