  We frequent Subway, it's tradition to go after music festivals. We've been in subways all over the country and all hours of the day and night. Subway is very nostalgic for us. We've had bad experiences, but NOT here! This was by far the best Subway experience I've ever had. Angela was friendly and knowledgeable, all around great customer service. They also had these great little baskets if you ate inside, never been given one of those before! Our food was hot but not over toasted, ingredients tasted fresh, even the drinks were crisp and correct (sometimes cherry coke is too much cherry not enough coke, but today it was great). What a great way to start the New Year!

  So, this store is getting worse and worse every time I go. This was supposed to be a spicy italian MELT, in the picture it says that it comes with 3 veggies and 3x cheeses. And this is just what I got, no cheese under, no veggies, no 3x cheeses. When you order a regular subway, they used to put a lot of veggies a long time ago, now even if you order with everything in it, you get a super thin sub, they barely put veggies in it. I got sick the last time that I ordered a tuna sandwich, so I stopped ordering the tuna sub, this is very upsetting because you are paying for a service and you get this? If I wanted this kind of sub, I would've made it myself and it would've looked so much better than this. They are getting cheaper and the subs looking worst everytime. I ate recently at the airport, and they give you huge subways. If you order a tuna, they give you big scoops of tuna. Here... when they changed the Manager years ago, he started giving smaller portions of what it's supposed to be. The tuna scoops are have of the size of what it used to be and compared to the airport one. You really should try another store. I won't come back never again to this store.

  I have ordered subway on the app from this location before but the first time the toppings were extremely scarce and this recent time that I ordered subway on the app and went to pick it up. The app said that it should be ready so I ran in. I had to wait 20 min for them to finish the other customers orders and even start on my order. I waited 30 min from when I ordered the subway to when I went and picked it up and it still wasn't ready. The sandwich artist that made our sandwiches name is Chris and I am disappointed in the way he handled the situation. I will for sure be going to a different location next time that I order my subway. We now refer to Chris as Garry because he was as slow as a snail.

  The staff were great, the restaurant was clean and adhered to social distancing guidelines. My favorite subway.
