  To be honest I was almost done going to subway because most locations suck anymore but went here the other night and got an awesome sandwich made. Not sure what his name was but African American guy that works the evening shift needs a raise because he makes badass subs. Going back tonight hoping hes working again lol

  Travis I love the positive energy. You're customer service skills are fabulous and makes me want to come back. Keep up the great work 🙂 oh also everything was so clean and the sandwich quality was so fresh

  This location on Alameda always has the best energy from staff! I went in today for lunch and Travis greeted me and made my day with his positive spirit. Thank you! I needed this.

  I went here a week ago and quickly remembered why I stopped. I ordered a foot long meatball when it was given to me the meatballs weren't even warm. This is how you make people sick. A meatball sub doesn't have to be toasted to be hot. They have either gotten expensive or can't decide what price to charge which is another reason why I stopped going here. Always a different price for the same sub. This location used to be good. Not anymore.

  First time to this Subway and they were exceptional! I am older so don't get much quality service at places anymore. BUT, Christine, Jarvis and Anthony were more than great. What impressed me the most (besides the great sandwiches, which were made the way we asked) was the friendly smiles and welcoming attitudes. They addressed people with "Ms. & Sir" no matter the age. When people left a table, they would hurry in between customer's and clean the area. Even the drink dispenser was kept clean and dry. The bathroom was clean. I love my regular Subway but they could take a few lessons from this location.
