The health dept needs to be checking in on this facility more often and Monday, we WILL be reporting this location and calling customer service for this franchise and this no customer service having female.Today, I tried to return a molded bread meatball sandwich and was told that the food was fine. I still have the food and this female working on Jan 25th, 2026 at around 1:55 told me that the food was fine. Her job is to serve me as a customer and not to dictate what my tastebuds find to gross and this sandwich that I still have was DISGUSTING and so was she and the disrespectful curse words that came out of her DISGUSTING MOUTH!!

They got mad because I wanted something they should’ve had. You choose to work at a subway, suck it up, you have to make sandwiches. Just close this place down in all honesty it’s looks bad and serves bad. Get that red haired girl outta there!😂
