Both clerks got on phone and seemed to be duplicating their efforts while a line of (8) customers was building. I asked if one of them could start ringing other customers. Your clerk Monique got incredibly rude and threatened to toss me out of the store. She needs some serious cust. svc retraining. The other clerk was polite but Monique needs to be taught that when you have a line of customers piling up, you handle them promptly and leave your attitude at home. Will not be spending money at that store again.
