We ordered two ice coffees and specified iced coffee not iced latte multiple times but we still got charged for the iced latte. When we told her she had no idea they had iced coffee or what the difference was. We ordered orange juice and didn’t get it and then asked and they made us place the order through the machine again. The machine they use to pay doesn’t work so we couldn’t press any of the buttons. It was really aggravating to have basically every part of the process not work and be charged more.
