  Sat down, ordered my food and drinks. Food shows up 20 minutes later, no drinks. Asked the guy who brought the food where the drinks were. He said Oops, he will get them. Never came back. Finished my food, still no drinks. Stand at the bar like a fool for 10 minutes waiting to get someone that works here to talk to me. They act like I am the idiot. 45 minutes in, finally get my drinks. The management of this place needs to be completely changed. Put some people in there who know how to communicate and build a team. This place sucks.

  Smash or Pass Burger 🍔🍟? I waited about 3 minutes to order at a kiosk, and another 5 minutes for my food. Not bad at all. The woman running the kitchen was very clear with her instructions and helpful overall. The food was solid, 7.5/10. If you've had Smash Burger, you know what to expect. The fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. The double bacon Smash Burger was cooked well, and the toppings seemed fresh. I meander over to sit down in the attached seating area, and seated myself as the sign instructed me too. I lay down some napkins & tear the bag apart to form a bit of a tray, as to not make a mess for someone else to clean up later. I unwrap my burger and prepare to dig in. A man I won't name (because he's probably just doing his job) tells me that there's a counter towards the front for "to-go orders", and that I'm sitting in the "sit-down and order section". Legitimately caught off guard, I simply apologized and attempted put my food back in the bag I tore up. Eventually I grab my things and walk towards the packed 'to-go' counter. Along the way, I look around and lay eyes upon at least 8 empty tables. Now, I could have told a couple of people to spread out to make room for the single seat that was available, but it's not my style to impose upon other people, even if it's a relatively small ask. I ended up walking over to a vacant terminal to eat, and leave this review. I guess in the end, I'd just like to see some nuance used when enforcing rules like segregated seating in the year 2026.

  The location in C concourse of DIA was not too busy to have this lame of fries. They tasted like they were made yesterday.

  THEY MAKE YOU MAKE YOUR OWN BURGER FOR $20 (add fry) and kept trying to give me BAD lettuce instead of changing their lettuce. The burger was KID SIZE- small. After I made my own said burger it was not quality for price. I’ll never eat at another smash burger in my life. (This was a Togo order at Denver Airport) For the same price, I’ll forever be a Five Guys customer- FAR more superior.
