Smash Burger, it feels like highway robbery as a consumer to pay more than what it costs at any of your locations outside of an airport with how bad the food and services was. Customer service on self check out was extremely rude. How was I supposed to know all the toppings come on the side without it saying that on the menu? Food felt like it was barely warmed up and not cooked fresh. The line in and out of the to go area was extremely tight and nowhere good to wait for your food.
Oh, it is not labeled clear enough on your menu that the burger comes with fries. Maybe put a picture of the fries next to the burger so it actually looks like a meal? I accidentally ordered an extra fry and I didn’t even get it. Do better.

One of the worst hamburgers I’ve ever had. Absolutely disgusting and $45 for 2 burgers and fries. Insane. Add on top of that the staff arguing with each other, chaos. The burger had to be an hour old. Like eating a hockey puck with cheese.

Very expensive small burger. Ingredients are put separately in a bag, the size of the burger is super small compared to the pictures. The flavor is not good. Go to McDonalds you will have a better deal. Fries are tasty.

This may have been the worse smash burger I’ve ever had…the buns were stale and crusty, the tiny patties were cold and flavorless…the regular burgers were the same size as the kids burger… the price is insane for such poor quality food. The fries were good but Luke warm. $75 to feed our family of five and no one was happy. Won’t be back.

I ordered from the takeout counter. The burgers were overcooked. The bun was hard and wilted. The lettuce and other add-ons looked like they had been sitting in their ziplock all day. Fries were undercooked. I had to order from the self service kiosk, yet was still asked if I wanted to leave a 18 or 20% tip. The lady behind the counter yelled at everyone. Two burgers for $32! Should have gone to McD’s.
