Let’s start with the ordering experience. It appears they have fully switched to the customers using kiosks to take their own order. That’s fine, I’ve accepted the future, but here are the issues. Half the people walking by get confused and just keep walking. Also, what’s the difference between fries and smash fries? You would assume the machine would explain that, or the menu behind the counter, but nope. Then you notice to order a soda you have to leave the kiosk to grab it and scan. Later you will be disappointed by the lack of a COLD beverage. When paying, of course it suggests tips, with 18% being the lowest. Do I think the peeps cooking and working deserve an increase in pay? Sure, but I have an issue tipping for less service. Then you get the food, and yes, it was wrong, but you realize the burgers are old. So what’s my point? If you expect someone to pay airport top dollar for the food, let’s make an effort to make it a but fresher. Prob last time I’ll be visiting this place.

This location gives smash burger a bad name! They never have smash fries and they skimp on portions big time. Plus the fries were stale and luke warm. I miss the smash burger in KC and usually hit them up in any airport I’m going through that has them, I love their burgers and smash fries. But this location sucks, again not a good example smash burger 👎👎👎👎

I wasn't sure how to rate this since my only complaint was I was paying $15 for a single hamburger. I walked off without hesitation. I'm sure there's a lot of suckers or people that have no other dining options but I'd rather starve for 3 hours until I get where I'm going and pay something reasonable. People should be pushing back very hard on all this fake inflation!!!

Fresh off the grill, it was dry as a bone and difficult to eat. Veggies on it were old and wilted. Suprized I ate it, but was starving after a long flight. No, will not eat there again.
