I think I just had the best quality matcha of my life. They have an array of non-dairy options and sweeteners. The staff and baristas are very friendly and attentive. They are also very prompt. The prices for a drink are super reasonable. I will be back again very soon!

SelvaSur is one of those coffee shops you dream about having in the neighborhood. Let's be honest, we all take our coffee very seriously. When you find that place that gets it right, you make it your regular stop. SelvaSur gets it right every time. The coffee is SO good you can just tell that it's made with love. Even better, the owners are two of the nicest people you can meet. If you're looking for coffee in the Golden Triangle, look no further than SelvaSur!

I usually don’t post reviews on places, but I tried this place out for the first time today in the morning and got a matcha, and it was pretty bad. It tasted, honestly extremely bitter. I would love to give it another chance sometime, maybe the matcha powder was not fresh or something but it just tasted terrible, and I ended up throwing away the drink after trying to get through a fourth of it. Not to be mean or anything but just my honest feedback on it, not sure about their coffee.

We went here at 11:30 on a Sunday and they only had 1 type of quiche (with meat), and no strudel - pretty disappointed after seeing the other reviews of many options. Couple pastry options and 1 kind of burrito, so it was slim pickings for food. The espresso was tasty, but they put it in a huge paper cup when I specifically asked to drink it there. Very cute shop. But most oddly, the bathroom door doesn't lock from the inside...
Edit: the owner claims that there is no lock because you need a key to open the bathroom. This isn't true, as no key was needed to open the door. It is incorrect that Denver doesn't allow locking bathroom doors - they only must provide some way of emergency access (so no deadbolts). That doesn't mean interior locks aren't allowed at all. Not sure how someone opens a business without knowing these things.
