I have always found the employees to be very helpful, courteous and fast. There's no need to go anywhere else. It's within walking distance of my retirement community and served by an RTD bus as well. I want to particularly compliment the pharmacy which fills my prescriptions more efficiently than any clinic pharmacies. I always get a sandwich from Starbucks, too.

The gas station employees take “break” with no other coverage so they close periodically throughout the day with no time listed so 15 minutes turns into 30 with no one showing up. People waiting just leave. Cant even break a $100 bill? I went across the street to 7-11, no problems. I started shopping at King Soopers as the customer service is WAY better than this team of folks who are not customer focused. They all are too busy complaining to one another or cursing at customers. A blonde manager at night, followed me out of the store yelling because I told her customer service skills sucked. I’d be kind if they were kind but they are trash. Spend your money elsewhere. They obviously do not care about capturing the market share in our neighborhood. So take that $$ somewhere that wants customers to have a great experience. Also, everything at King Soopers isn’t locked up…
