Student's have 45 minutes for lunch and can't afford to the wait. Many have gone back to school hungry simply because they can't afford to skip class to wait in a line. If students shouldn't have a backpack they should be allowed in. This new Safeway policy doesn't account how students are hungry too and just want some food.

But the security guards in charge of letting people in line inside the store are never outside and don’t let people in. Making over 60% of students late to classes just for wanting food during lunch. Students only get a 45 minute lunch time and standing in the line takes an hour or more. Either have a security guard outside letting people in, or change the policy and respect students time.
