- ESEyon SplicerNov 17, 20251.0I don't usually leave bad reviews for grocery stores, but this one was particularly bad, everybody who shops here is extremely aggressive and none of the employees care or paying attention to anything that's going on. There's no person to check me out so I had to use self-checkout which is fine, but half of my items were not ringing up correctly and the dude ignored me for about 5 minutes because he was too busy throwing a ball with his friend and also being on FaceTime with somebody else even though my checkout register was flashing the entire time while I was waiting. I could too physically go and fetch him even though he was only standing about 10 ft from me because he was ignoring my calls, When I asked him to fix it he said it would come off at the end which I told him it wasn't coming off when I I was getting ready to check out and I just walked away instead. Definitely will not be coming back here and I hope that improves. I know working at a grocery store is hard and it sucks but I can't even get help when I ask

I asked a young lady to use the restaurant and as she was about give me the keys a manager said that the women's restroom was not working. I asked if the men's restroom was available, she said no sorry honey. I explained that I really needed to use the restroom. She said once again sorry honeywith a condescending smile.so I choose not to purchase any thing and went to Safeway gas station where I encountered John, who allowed me to use the restroom. He was empathetic and provided great customer service. This guy needs a raise!
