    Don’t order groceries to be delivered from this store!!! (Yale & Monaco)There’s a pretty good chance that they won’t be delivered. Then after you don’t receive your delivery, they’ll keep your Money for a week! out of four times I’ve ordered delivery two times they were not delivered at all! Had to jump through hoops to report too.

    Bathrooms have been consistently dirty. I told the manager and they said that they were public bathrooms. What is the point of the sign in the bathroom saying if you have any concerns to bring it to their attention.

    Placed a pickup order around 12 PM for a 6–7 PM window. The app pushed it to 7–8 PM, and it still wasn’t marked ready until 8:05 PM. I arrived at 8:12, checked in, entered my spot, got the code – and then just sat there. For over 30 minutes, nobody came out. The only other car near me was an employee’s. A young woman with an e-cigarette got out of that car, looked straight at me sitting in the pickup spot, and slowly walked back into the store. She clearly saw me, but never approached, never checked, never did anything. I went inside twice. The first time I got a casual “we’ll check” and nothing happened. The second time I was told the department was already closed and there was “nothing they could do,” said by a young store associate who was just chatting with security. No one warned me it was closed, no one came out to say anything, no apology, no explanation, no attempt to fix it. I left without my order after completely wasting my evening. This wasn’t a simple delay or a busy night. This was total indifference to a customer who was obviously waiting right in front of them.

    I started coming to this Safeway since its on my way home from work. Its always clean, everything is easy to find and everyone is always friendly. I like that they have additional cashiers by self checkout - by the beauty products (so many people forget about them). I went in the other day after having a terrible day at work, and my cashier OLLIE was great! He talked to me while still being productive, he seemed happy to be at work, was kind, and made me feel like more than "just the next customer".
