My mother went yesterday and used her card for groceries, to find out that someone had purchased over $600 in groceries after she went. She talked to the management team that day, they said they were aware of issues and have had issues recently which they replaced check out machines because of. They also told her they would call her back and provide more info, they did not! She had to call them today and was told it’s nothing they can do and supposedly the person she spoke to today never heard of it!!! If you go here, please be aware. She is disabled and that was her only source of food. Everyone from the scammers to this store management team has failed her!! Greatly disappointed in Safeway as a whole! Wouldn’t be surprised with this response if they are working a scamming ring from inside out.

If I have to do an employee's job you should be paying me a percentage of an hourly wage or at least discounting my order. Your employees don't even say goodbye or acknowledge you.
