I found a nice cellphone in the parking lot so I went to their customer service area to return it and was given a rude attitude and sour demeanor by a guy with red/pink hair who said his name is Leo. I'm not going to give them my business again. Attitude is important and he had the worst I've seen in a long time.

When I turned around and confronted and told him to go around me, he refused in a confrontational manner. Not only that but he was within one or two feet of me. I say I was going to let you go around me because you were right on me. I go outside and tell him to not follow me around the store, and he says that I am victimizing myself, and I explain how its incredibly rude to be over someone's shoulder like that, and that doing so could lead to a confrontation. He wasn't receptive and was unapologetic. I know you guys have been having problems with stealing, but the way you treat your customers is complete garbage. Im not the first person to complain about this recently goes to show this is a company policy. You guys are profiling people and in the process you are making honest customers uncomfortable. I spend thousands a year here and will now go somewhere else to shop. Everyone who works here is miserable, curt, and rude. I prefer self check out to not have to interact with the staff here ,its that bad.
