Pickup RX and had questions due to alot of allergies. Rx took the time to look info up and found out most likely to have a reaction. I thank the pharmacy. Also picked up some needed items and would have waited in line except for a cashier who was on lunch break came up and said she could check us out over here. She didn't have to do this. The fact that she did should be recognized. I have always had a good experience when I go to the Safeway #1635 store. Not the app it has a few problems.

Hello,
You might be wondering why I gave this store a 1 star.
The story goes like this:
We bought a visa gift card of $100 so my son can get some online shopping.
The card then ends up not working.
We then ask for a refund at Safeway because TWO EMPLOYEES told us we could get a refund if the card doesn't work and the ladies working over there told us we could not get a refund.
We then tried to buy a different $100 gift card for the specific online shopping place with the $100 visa gift card we bought and they said that's not possible even though there is clearly $100 in the visa gift card.
We then bought other items and left getting SCAMMED OF $100.
We used to love this place, the food is amazing, but the customer service is trash and they clearly do not help you at all.
Thank you for a horrible customer service experience.

Olga is super rude. I was buying eggs today and I have WIC. I get 4 dozen eggs. They were scanned and she chased my friend out of the store accusing us of stealing. My WIC shows that I get 4 down eggs and shows I have two left because I bought two today. She’s very rude pushy and all up in your face and likes to accuse. Don’t use self checkout if you shop here!
