I have been to Mom and Pop places that normally have high chairs. I agree that sometimes they do not but a big business like Qdoba should 100% have high chairs. That was the most annoying meal I’ve ever had. Do better. Service was OK. I think the girl at the front was new but she was polite. The tables were kind of dirty, and I had to wipe them down myself. Nobody asked to help me. I will say, however, that a couple of the employees were on lunch.
