The usual girl at the front is very nice, always has a smile, is generous with the scoops, and I always enjoy seeing her. She asks about your day, she cares about her clients, and it shows. The new girl is very rude, obnoxious, and stingy. She gave me attitude about every single thing that I asked. At the register, she even spoke to the other nice girl in Spanish so that she could talk rude of me, not knowing that I speak Spanish as well. She is terribly unprofessional and if this is the face of your company, I am disappointed. Do better.

The Hispanic girl with braces helping me clearly didnt understand English and wasn't able to answer simple questions. All front of house employees should be able to understand and communicate in English. She also had the audacity to be frustrated with me because she couldnt understand English. Very disappointed with this interaction and I hope managment realizes the importance of hiring front of house staff that are fluent in English
