Workers don’t want to work here. Can barely raise their voice without sounding annoyed. So many people I know that would do the job with a smile

I had qdoba a couple of months ago at another location in Indiana and loved it. There’s no qdobas close to where I live, so I was super happy to be able to eat here again when I went to Denver. As soon as I walked in, the 2 employees inside already rushed me to order, despite us being the only people inside. I didn’t have any time to refamiliarize myself with the menu again. The employees were really impatient and would barely let me finish my sentence before they cut me off with a glare. Regardless, my child ordered a kids menu, which only came with 1 taco. That’s barely enough to feed a toddler, so why would they advertise it as “for ages 12 and under”? Just a couple months ago, it was 2 tacos. Same price. This time, they didn’t even give us the side of chips that was supposed to come with the taco. That’s less than 50% of what used to be. I understand that menu items change, but it seems very scummy of them not to at least include a description under the menu item stating what to expect. Even my own bowl had very measly portions. The guacamole tasted kind of off, too.

The lady behind the counter with short hair was SO RUDE. My wife and I have been to this location many times over the past 2 years living in the area and this is the first time there has been an issue with the service. I ordered a steak and potato breakfast burrito with no egg. The employee confirmed with me by asking "a steak and potato burrito?". I said yes and she scooped egg onto the tortilla. To which I politely said "oh, I'm sorry I wanted no egg." To which she snapped back "I asked if you wanted a steak and potato burrito and you said YES!" My wife just looked at me and confirmed that I said no egg when I first placed my order. She then rushed me through the rest of the process with short and rude language. If we had not been picking up breakfast before my wife went to work, I would have walked out as soon as she snapped at me because that attitude is not acceptable.
