My family and I had been faithful customers at this location, but service got bad and the food quality went down as well. They messed up my order, refused and to remake it! I see from another post a few weeks ago, it’s not just us they’ve treated like trash. It’s a shame when you have to go away from your neighborhood, in order to receive the service you deserve. This is one of the reasons my family and I do give business to other places.

It's my first time at Qdoba in a long time but my spouse goes there from work... Seeing there were more than one chicken option for my salad, I ordered "Adobo chicken". When I got to the cash register they charged me for "double chicken." I told them I hadn't ordered "double," but "Adobo" and they just stared at me for about 30 seconds. Then they put my salad on the back counter and made me a new order with half the amount of everything. That really hurts! Like they couldn't just take some of the chicken off?! Or just let me have it, since it's their mistake? I mean don't they even know the names of their chicken?! I had articulated it clearly because it was unfamiliar. I should have just refused to pay and walked away. Needless to say, I won't go back there, (and my spouse won't either.) It's not worth having an afternoon ruined by unkind people.
