They wear gloves, but they clean the floor and touch everything you can imagine— their hair, the computer when cashing people out, the chairs. They even clean tables and then go straight to touching the cheese to serve you! Is crazy! All with the gloves on….. teach your staff better, they need to be changing their glove or not touching food with their hands AT ALL!!!
