  SO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PIZZA HUT, THE NIGHT TIME MANAGER AND STAFF WAS VERY PROFFESIONAL. IM A DOORDASH DRIVER AND I PICK UP PIZZA FROM SEVERAL PLACES, HOWEVER THIS PLACE MADE AN OVERALL IMPRESSION ON ME. VERY COURTIOUS AND PROFESIONAL STAFF AND MANAGER! HAD TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW.

  FIRST OFF I WANT TO APOLOGIZE TO THE YOUNG MAN TODAY IT WASN'T HIS FUALT! 2/16/26. Secondly this place is a absolute joke. How could a manager or owner allow 1 person to operate this place during lunch hour. I've lived in Glendale for 10 years and I have walked out of this place over a dozen times. The other staff members aren't very nice either. But if there team leaders would get there crap together and not put employees in the red tape zone every single day at this place...this wouldn't happen. Im over it and won't be returning. And I am sorry for ripping the young man's head off today with a verbal exchange but seriously what a joke....I walk in,there was two other people waiting, the place was quiet and the clerk approached me and said can you please wait a minute Im backed up. Naturally I said sure no problem. I waited about 5 minutes and then approached the desk to order. He then looks confused and upset and says. You will have to wait 10 more minutes before I can take your order. He apologized and said he was the only one there. I could have handled it much better but this was the 8th time this has occurred since moving here. I said no thanks had a couple of words and walked out. My neighbors complain about this place. My staff on Colorado Blvd complains about this location. My good friend who orders about 30 pizzas from home depot in Glendale will no longer order from this location. Its incredible how many community members are aware of the poor service this location provides. I should have listened and ate somewhere else.

  I waited about 20 or more minutes on cinnamon buns. I paid about ten dollars and change. I was told id only wait ten minutes. I asked about the order a couple times but nicely. I said I didn't have much more time. Finally I said I had to leave. The cashier didn't say anything. I left with no refund or food. I did not receive the item I purchased. I was offered no refund. I paid cash.

  I ordered a medium thin and crispy crust pizza with extra garlic parmesan sauce. Pizza was dry. Lifted the cheese and saw no sauce. They sent another pizza, only this one had a tiny amount of the red sauce. Tried to call the store, kept getting the call center. I was told they don't use very much sauce anymore, which is an under statement. One star is all they deserve. I wanted to speak with the manager. Unable to reach the manager. They don't seem to ever answer the phone at the store. Pizza Hut's reputation is terrible as far as i'm concerned . I was a long standing customer, not anymore. I just wanted a decent pizza. That apparently is in the past. One star is all i give them.
