  I can't lie on the service cuz they were great but the food.... You want pizza in this area for cheap? Just go to Little Caesars. My family's from the East Coast and we know Pizza so I'm already picky the fact that I'm saying Little Caesars Knox Pizza the Hut out of the water

  Did NOT deliver food. Claimed it was delivered but it was NOT. They will not answer the phone. Don’t waste your money here!

  I live near a location so delivery should be quick. Well, sometimes it is and sometimes not. It depends on the driver and if it is through one of the delivery services. I have tracked the driver dropping off two other orders in the opposite direction ending with me 45 min later. Delivery fee seems to have crept up close to a deal breaker. I’m happy to tip the driver generously since they are doing the work but the fee feels like a cash grab by the company / franchisees. Food is consistent but I do miss the old recipes and the quality of toppings is not at the level it was “back in the day”. “Lacking flavor” Overall, this is no longer a go to option for pizza.

  Delivery on time, but no doorbell or knocking, so we didn't know it was there. Order looks like it was dropped on the porch. Driver got tip from initial order so had no incentive to talk to us. Pizza tasted like cardboard, like it was from 3 day old dough. We almost always go to Blackjack, but figured we would try somewhere else. Won't be ordering delivery from Pizza Hut again.

  We did pick up- very convenient ordering on app while traveling , picked up right in time . Pizza was hot and exactly as expectedly
