  My order was messed up. I called and explained that my order was half wrong. The first girl took down my issue and asked me to wait a sec. After about 5 minutes the phone hangs up. I call back and speak to the asst mng. She gives me a credit for my wings, but says the incorrect pizza is my bad because I ordered online and it's all the users that put it in. I completely understand where she gets that however here is the issue. I order a Supreme minus pork and beef. I add Italian sausage and bacon. All I got was a sausage and bacon pizza. Now when you order and minus/add 2 items, it doesn't mean take everything else away. So when she tells me that's how I ordered it, she is misunderstood on how that works. Pizza Hut...see below of my order

  This place needs to be shut down. Horrible service, horrible food. The staff doesn't know what to do. The manager yelling from the back dont let the customers be rude to you. Which in turn makes the employees rude to the customers. Everyone is frustrated. Do NOT go here unless you want to spike your blood pressure and let them take you out your character. Take your business elsewhere go to the next pizza hut on 40th. We have to stop spending our money at places like this. Maybe the owner will wake up and see a change needs to be made.

  I have ordered from this location for years now and it seem the service has been declining in the past 6 months. I’ve got wrong flavors on occasions and it seems like they don't operate with a sense of urgency anymore. There are several times now where my food takes longer than advertised.

  Michelle is an abysmal manager and this place has horrendous service. We ordered a pizza and when the app said it was ready we pulled up only to be told we had to wait 10 more minutes. 20 minutes later they recognize our pizza had been sitting in the "ready-to-go" oven the entire time. We asked for a refund since we didn't want it and they pretended they couldn't give us a refund. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm pretty sure I saw rats in there too.

  Ordered the tripped treat box and when my order was done the cashier asked me to check the pizza. So I did, and realized there was hardly any cheese on half the pizza so I pointed it out. He did not seem any bit concerned by this and simply said "well they measure out the cheese" K. Well if they measure it out then they clearly put wayyyy too much sauce on the pizza, which they did. It was drowning in sauce. He says well we can remake it but itll be another 15 minutes. The whole reason I ordered the pizza was to save time cause I was packing for a trip to leave the next day. So I decided to just take it home. They gave me a $15 credit so that helped but I was really looking forward to a good pizza. And I dont understand why my pizzas came out so bad. Two people picked up their orders before me and their pizzas looked amazing. So very disappointing. Tasted nothing like a good pizza hut pizza.
