I learned of this eatery after coming across a list on Reddit for places that offer delivery in-house. I decided to give it a try. I have since ordered for 'delivery' the last 2 and a half years.
First, they started with a $2.99 delivery fee in house. Not a bad fee in my opinion. Prices are reasonable too. However, now they only offer delivery through the website and in-house delivery seems to be radius dependent. Let me share, I LOATHE the 3rd party delivery services. Why? Lack of diligence in following directions. Also, they pay their drivers crap but the platform keeps more $$. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! I will not support any business who does not take care of their employees.
Second, delivery has been efficient. I have ordered from this place at least a dozen times now and all were under an hour wait. That is impressive to me. Consistency matters.
Third, items are always in a paper bag. Easy to recycle, another plus! I like to avoid the 'plastic bag' controversial argument in Denver. Both sides are a tad ridiculous, but that is my opinion.
Fourth, they always give a lot of condiments. I don't care for them. I find this to be wasteful, as I throw them in the trash. I will look to see if there is a way to put in comments that I don't want the "extras". They FINALLY realized I don't want them and stopped giving me them. YEAY! Any win I will take. Less going in the trash, the better.
Big Pros: Delivery! You can order online on the website or using an app. I haven't tried the app yet. I really like the online version though! They have drinks and desserts! They offer an assortment of cuisines from pizza, pasta, stuffed bread, calzones, burgers, hot and cold sandwiches, Mexican dishes, etc... There are also appetizers! You can customize your order. If you add things, it costs more. However, you can have things removed. I don't eat onions as an example. I ALWAYS request it removed from my burger.
Cons: I didn't see where to put general comments for removing the condiment packets. I ordered food today and there was 5-8 packets of ketchup, some mustard (yuck!) and mayo. Also, they need to check their shrimp better. I have ordered the shrimp pasta twice. Both times, there was tails on some of them in the food. YUCK! Adding to this to say, CALL in the order and have them read it back. Then requests may be fulfilled. This is how I got the extra wasteful condiments removed.
Overall, I like this place a lot. I may try some of the other cuisines eventually too.
