Perhaps too high of expectations, but they missed on some basics. Broth had some cool spots. Ordered extra tendon on the side, and got extra rare steak(which I didn’t order) all in one bowl. Again, other time I ate there was some of the best pho I’ve had. Hopefully just a fluke.

All the workers will just stand in the back and talk and doesn't check up on tables, and when they do decide to check up on our table, we're already ready to pay. Services is something they should definitely work on and check up on their tables regularly.

The whole ambiance is cool. Tables and chairs soo close together but personally I don't mind. The servers need to learn manners!! Some of them very rude!! That ruins our whole experience. And I agree with other complaints of the whole payment process, it was intimidating for sure, having the server stood over you with a payment machine, and tip options starts with 18%. Feel forced definitely! But it's the only pho restaurant in the area. No other option, I guess.
