Instead, I was told they “don’t take orders here” and that I had to place it online. Who runs a pizza place where you can’t even order a pizza at the counter? I literally drove there, parked, walked in — all for nothing. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The guy basically just told me that, didn’t explain anything, didn’t apologize, didn’t try to help — so I just turned around and walked right back out. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. If I wanted to sit in my car and scroll on my phone, I would’ve just stayed home. Completely inconvenient, ridiculous, and honestly annoying. Do better, Papa John’s.
