8 piece of garlic and I ate 3 and the sauce finished. Maybe consider a bigger container or adding more sauce.

This was one of the most disheartening and upsetting customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I walked in to order a simple pepperoni pizza with half mushroom. My phone had died, so I couldn’t place the order online — otherwise I would have. I was ready to pay in-store like any normal customer. The shift lead, Destiny, immediately told me I had to order online and claimed there were only two employees working: herself and one other associate. She made it seem like it was impossible to take my order. After calmly explaining that my phone was dead, it felt like I had to practically beg just to be treated like a paying customer. Only after going back and forth did she say I could wait 15 minutes and then she would service me — and even that felt reluctant. Then another employee walked out of the restroom. So clearly there were three employees there, not two like she originally stated. That employee actually attempted to take my order, but Destiny stopped him and told him not to take it because I “had to order online.” That directly contradicted everything she had just told me and made the situation feel dishonest. At that point, I told them the situation felt like discrimination because there was no clear or consistent reason I was being denied service while standing there ready to pay. I said I would wait until either the police were contacted or the store decided to serve me. After waiting nearly an hour, I was finally served and a pizza was made. However, during that entire time, she was on the phone while making other customers’ pizzas, which felt extremely unprofessional. By that point, I was so frustrated and disheartened that I didn’t even want to eat the pizza. To make matters worse, my car had been running the entire time because my wife and our 5-month-old baby were waiting inside. I wasted gas and time just trying to place a simple order. This experience left me feeling isolated, embarrassed, and extremely frustrated. If everything is online-only, then remove the register and stop allowing walk-ins. But don’t lie about staffing, block other employees from helping, and make a customer feel singled out for simply trying to order food. Very disappointing experience.

I have a complicated order. Something that almost always trips workers up is the fact I do not order cheese on the pizza. This place got it right the fist time, made sure to welcome me and say goodbye. The pizza was not under or overcooked which is something difficult to do with the volume of toppings I order. Highly impressed. I will definitely be back.

Ordered the new pan pizza with light sauce, it looks as if someone put extra sauce on the pizza instead of ligh, I checked the box to make sure I said light sauce, yes light is the first thing listed, not happy having to wipe extra sauce off the pizza

The new Pan Pizza brought me back to my 6th grade lunch room days of getting Pizza Hut pan pizza. It was the best back then (Pizza Hut Pan has greatly decreased in quality since then) So this Papa John’s Pan was such a pleasant surprise. Nailed it on the head! Sooooo good! Thank you for bringing back childhood flavors and quality ❤️❤️
