  I went in and ordered at the counter specifically to get my sandwich untoasted. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. It took 20 minutes and they still toasted my sandwich. I'm done with Panera

  Food is great just wish there were more heart healthy or healthy conscious options on the menu.

  Went up to the drive thru and the woman told me to come to the window to order because she couldn’t hear me. Apparently the speaker was broken. I needed to look at the menu and was not yet ready to order. She screamed out of her window at me non stop to order at the window. I waved to let her know I heard her but she just kept screaming at me. This woman literally did not take a breath. I felt totally harassed and tried honking to get her to stop. She kept screaming! May I suggest just letting the customer know to come to the window when they are ready instead of ordering them to order right this second. Wow.

  Ordered the You Pick 2 a couple of weeks ago. No croutons or cheese in French Onion soup, and tuna sandwich had a bitter metallic taste. I called, spoke to a manager named "emily" she told me she would email me a gift card. Never received anything. Panera is overpriced. They mess up your order and serve processed crap. I paid over $44.00 bucks for lunch for myself and my husband! I could have had a sit down meal at a nice restaurant for this price. Let's boycott these corporate overpriced, bad food, and bad service restaurants. It's a shame how expensive and downhill Panera has gotten.
