I think maybe this is much less of an issue if you're on your own and just ordering one or two things but if you have kids then at least so far we've never had our order come out correctly. The staff are nice and always apologetic and quick to fix things when you point it out to them but it's just kind of inconvenient especially if you're in the drive through. Food is fine and the restaurant is clean and modern.
