I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at this location. When I asked Robert a question regarding the pricing, his response was, “I just type in what you order and the machine gives me a price.” This felt dismissive and did not address my concern. As a customer, I expect staff to be able to explain charges or at least provide helpful clarification.
Additionally, I asked for a better copy of my receipt because the one I received was very difficult to read. Robert told me, “No, that’s all we can provide.” This is especially frustrating because this is the second time I’ve visited this location and had the same issue. Three months ago, I received a similarly unreadable receipt.
It appears the printer issue has not been addressed, and it gives the impression that it may not be a priority to fix it—possibly to avoid questions or complaints about pricing. While I understand that speed of service is important, customer service and clear communication should be a priority as well.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and that improvements are made to both customer service and equipment maintenance at this location.

This McDs is never consistent. Ordered breakfast, which came right out, but had to wait 10 minutes for coffee, food was then cold. Colfax construction also does not help.

This location has gone downhill. Won’t be going back here anytime soon. This was the only one left that seemed to even care about the quality of the food that was produced. Went in there today the meat was raw, took it back to the counter and was told “that the thermometer temperature checks OK. The meat was raw. It was red.”
