Workers are sassy and don’t even act like they want to be there. I remember coming into the store one morning and I don’t know if it was the manager at the time or GM but they had kids take a survey and mark everything as if they had a great experience in a great space for a free snack. My issue today is I came in this morning to get a large frappe and they filled they cup mostly with whipped cream if I wanted less drink I would have gotten a medium ( waste of money)
