  Worst experience in my entire life . Literally called corporate while dealing with them in the drive thru! I've never seen anything like this suppose to be "quarter pounder" I simply wanted my money back and they got mad tried to refuse giving me a refund. Told me I ate half the fries cause their staff would've never filled those boxes half way ...mind you I never even touched the fry bag ... I was too busy taking pictures ...all while still in the drive thru... Called me a liar and demanded I give back all their food ..and told me if I wanted free food I could have just said so.. only partially refunded me... Keep in mind I gave everything back so I never got any free food smh.... L

  I paid $25 for breakfast for two people. At window 2, the employee handed me the wrong coffee with an unsecured lid, which spilled all over my hand. When I asked for his name, he refused and laughed at me. I requested to speak with the manager, and he sent over a coworker who pretended to be the manager. This person then admitted they were not actually the manager, said the real manager was not available, and told me I would need to call if I wanted to speak with someone. I left with my burned hand, left an unanswered voicemail, and completed the survey, yet no one has called me back. This experience has completely undermined 30 years of being a McDonald's customer. I will never return. This is the employee who pretended to be the manager.

  So I don't have a problem with Hispanic workers. But I do have a problem when they don't try to understand your order I come in to get food. Wanted to try the new hot honey McCrispy. Got it with a meal. Wanted a coffee with it. They said they didn't have any of the sugars for the coffee. So I said let me get a sweet tea instead. I guess they thought that meant I just wanted a sweet tea go to the next window and then they have to charge me again for my meal receive my food and it looks like it's been just slapped together as quick as can be with literally none of the honey sauce on it whatsoever. It looked like three little crispy jalapenos that they picked up off the floor and the lettuce was literally not even on the sandwich. It was just in the box. We'll never be coming here again On the bright side, the manager was completely understanding and gave me my refund

  Deberían de decirle a la manager que deje de ser grosera porque si en el drive tru se equivocan ella debe de solucionar el problema pedí dos desayuno uno con jugo y otro con un café y me dieron de bebida algo que yo no había pedido cuando me regreso al restaurante me niegan mi reclamo y eso que no tenía ni 5 min de haber pedido por el drive tru … otra cosa más importante trata a los cocineros de una forma grosera si me supiera el nombre de la manager se lo colocaria en esta reseña … para que no pasen un mal rato no entren a este McDonald’s pésimo servicio
