Recently I ordered a double hamburger and they gave me a single burger when I got home I noticed. I went back the next day and showed them a picture and the manager which probably doesnt speak any English, gives me a single hamburger again and I showed her again that it should be a double hamburger. She said yes it was single burger before and one more single makes it a double hamburger. She needs to be fired with her poor customer service. Thats ridiculous.

Something wierd happend here.. someone from the macdonals crew and older lady walked into the kids area. Crew member walked with a bucket and a rose she dripped something liquid on a door a d older lady splashed some in the kids playground. And then they did it outside. Idk but if my kids start getting possessed ima sue macdonalds

Like most travelers, we assumed restroom access wouldn’t be an issue. We were told bathrooms were for customers only, so we immediately purchased items. Even after purchasing, the employee acknowledged he needed to unlock both restrooms but refused to open the women’s restroom, despite my daughter needing to use it. There was no explanation, no urgency, and no effort to resolve the situation. Denying restroom access to children—especially after a purchase—is unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. Road-tripping families should not be treated this way. Very disappointing experience.
