Not only was the food freezing and stale, the ice machine, soda machine and ice cream machine were all “out of order”. Along with that I ordered a sweet tea for them to not supply with it and refuse a refund. Horrible dining experience, staff didn’t care about the running soda machine. I chose the delivered to the table option on the kiosk, but the staff was too lazy to deliver it to me and had to call up my table number. Absolute blasphemous gross ran atmosphere. Not to mention the filthy bathrooms and uncleaned table and floors.

The food is like any other McDonald's food, pretty good for the time. However, last night on Christmas when I tried to get a free french fry from my rewards from the drive thru, the system took my deal, but didn't put in the order. I didn't want to argue about the system so I just left. I feel stupid, knowing the McDonald's was closed inside. McDonald's, please fix your drive thru rewards system, if you can.

Wild how you pay employees over $20 an hour to not even acknowledge your existence and act like you asked them to hang the freaking moon whenever you try to approach them. Overpriced food, overpaid workers, and crap service.
