What I did notice was there were no straws for our 4 drinks. So had to go back through drive through line and waste another 5 minutes to get those as we discovered this mistake after we pulled away from the window. I guess it’s a lot to expect that they would give us straws if you order a drink like Chick-Fil-A or In and Out does every time. Had to ask for ketchup for our 5 orders of fries as well. Who would have guessed that someone in the car might want ketchup with that many orders? Avoid this location for a few weeks until these current losers get fired or quit.

While ordering through the drive-thru, the staff spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The interaction was so unpleasant that it made me cancel my order. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better customer service training, as this behavior does not reflect the standards of McDonald’s.
