On a road trip. Entered to use restrooms and get a drink. Found restrooms locked with a sign "Only for paying customers". Went to counter to ask for access to restrooms and order. We were ignored by 3-4 employees who were all serving the drive-thru window. Spoke up to get their attention. Ordered sodas and asked for restroom access quickly as our bladders were urgently demanding attention. Cashier says "I'll have to let you in." We step back to the restrooms and wait, again. Nobody shows up to let us in. Go back to the counter and ask again. 2 employees yelled at us "It's open! You have to turn the handle." We both had already tried the handle repeatedly while waiting. Also, did they think we didn't know how door handles work? We finally got access to the restrooms and returned to fill our cups. Coke machine spitting out carbonated water and trash all around the drink fill station, napkins and straw wrappers and spilled soda. No trash receptacle in the immediate area. 3 of 4 hand sanitizer dispensers were empty.
We are in our 60's and have never been held hostage at a McDonald's over restroom privileges. What a dump of a store. Corporate should be doing some surprise visits to get them to clean up their act, based on all the recent negative reviews.

Muy mala experiencia, pasamos por el auto servicio, y la persona que nos atendió super grosera y prepotente, ojalá mejorara el servicio pues uno paga por recibir un buen trato no viene a pedir ni nada.

Awful customer service, she was getting our order wrong, and stopped taking our order and started taking someone else’s order. Also was raising her voice.

Worst McDonald's took 20 minutes for two item behind one car in the drive thru. Counted at least six staff members. Just terrible
