I finally mentioned that I'd been waiting a long time for my order (something that I hate doing) the guy looked at me surprised, turned around and grabbed my order that I knew had been sitting there ignored, like me, for close to ten minutes. Probably because someone else shoved it to the corner when it was finished instead of putting it where they were supposed to. I mentioned that I saw it sitting there for several minutes and must be cold by now. Instead of offering to make a fresh batch he just shoved my bag in my face and said "sorry". Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's
