Today they refused to honor my rewards points, I had to show them my code several times in the app, after they had already asked for the code when they took my order in the drive-thru. And then they told me it was going to be 15 minutes before it would be ready. Imagine tripping this hard over a free chicken sandwich.

And if you pay cash, they dont make your meal until you pay but there is no on to take the money. Then claim they are too busy to take orders. I will never comeback. The only great thing about this place are the other parents and thier kids who were all so nice.
