  Made the mistake to give this McDonald’s a second chance. Ordered through the app when I arrived no one was in the drive-through no customers inside the store pulled to the window. They asked me to pull around front. They’ll bring my food out. Then 20 minutes later a person comes out to ask me what I ordered. I ordered four double cheeseburgers two apple pies and a small fry and it took 20 minutes. I asked why she tells me because the apple pies took 12 minutes to cook. Why did I have to wait 20 minutes, then she wanted to argue with me even though the time is time stamped on my receipt and I was there from 9:20 to 9:40 when they brought the food out such poor service this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant 20 minutes is not a fast food restaurant and on top of it they charge almost quality sit down restaurant prices for food you have to Wait, long periods of time for and it’s not even quality food very disappointed again, especially the way the manager handled it, The manager was the person that came out to talk to me. We’ll never go back there again and highly recommend unless you want to be aggravated and get poor quality food don’t go to that McDonald’s.

  Our food was made incorrectly but one of the employees was so rude when I asked for water that I didn't even bother telling them. Edit: I told them the sandwich was inedible and someone did try to make it right. I just didn't want to take them up on it after the same employee was rude a second time.

  Order was taken wrong after I repeated it numerous times at the intercom when I pulled up to the first window The cashier read it back to me and I found that he named off a few things that were wrong He wasn't the one that took the order but he corrected it he repeated everything again I heard everything I ordered when I pulled up to the second window found out not only was their food missing or wrong there was drinks missing and overall the order was totally wrong tried to explain to the young lady who I believe took my order and she just kept saying okay okay now I don't know if she knows how to speak English or understands English not trying to be a jerk but she didn't look like she understood what I was saying I had a horse voice and I didn't want to have to repeat myself numerous times but I ended up repeating myself just to see if she would understand she didn't, I'm not happy but to save time and face my daughter who is very forgiving decided just to take it instead of not getting her pop when I was ordering the caramel Sunday I was given a frappe which there's a difference between a Sunday and a frappe the cashier in first window fixed it Then the quarter pounder was ordered bacon quarter pounder and she put it down for a quarter pounder when we was given the drinks we was missing the Dr pepper and all she could say is oh I'll replace the drink just give me all of those drinks back My daughter said no I'll take it. My mom is an elderly woman who shouldn't have been waiting as long as we did for this young lady to fix the order so she said just leave it alone again not trying to be a jerk nor do I have anything against Mexicans or anybody else but if you're going to take a job that means your job description is taking an order at the window especially if it's being spoken slowly then you should learn to speak and understand what's being said or somebody should be on a backup earphone to help her not happy at all got home my daughter said after I left for work the 10 piece nugget was missing and when I ask for the receipt she never gave it to me two stars was for the gentleman that helped out I would have given more but being that food was missing the order was mistaken it's not worth more than two

  Nasty & very unprofesional crew 5 pm to 9 pm shif. Took fugde sunday; half cup unbelieve. Worse mc donald.

  Horrible service!!! Everyone always have attitude and are very rude. I don’t understand why every mcdonalds worker at every location hate their job so bad. Definitely will not be coming back. Burger King, here I go ✨
