I ask for extra pickles servers was horrible 😫. Burnt bun ... I spend 11.00$ wasted i can't eat this. 😒 i need corporate's number. The lady speaks spainsh which is nothing wrong with that but if you dont understand than its time to find someone who can speak both because I ask for a large soda she only charge me a small. I was supposed to get free fries I use my app the lady said the computer was down and couldn't except my code even though I got point by using my point. Very rude 😒

When I pulled up to the window the employee just stuck a bag out the window without even greeting us. The order was incorrect, the employee argued with me to that it was instead of just listening to the problem and when we DID receive our order and informed them they forgot an order of fries they argued with us instead of giving us the fries we paid for. We also ordered a hamburger happy meal, add cheese, because the only option is to add cheese as there IS no cheeseburger option and they did not add the cheese. When I informed the employee at the window of this, they took back the burger they had given me and slapped a cold piece of cheese on it and handed it back to me barely even rewrapped. By far one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had.

My Fiance ( Em) , got to McDonalds at McDonald's at 10:10 ( They had Just closed Curbside)
She left at 11:00 after having the need to flag down a Helpful Person to retrieve the already paid for food. Due to the McDonald's Employee refusing to give paid for food due to "Not having a Car"
It took Em til 11:30 to get home. By this time, her hands were lightly frostbitten and in pain. The food was also cold
We ordered Monopoly Big Mac Meals. They did not give a receipt, there were missing Monopoly Stamps as well. ( We took Pictures)
We were told by the Helpful person Em had flagged down that "This was how the service is here regularly". They also reported that they "Actively turn away customers"
This is Unacceptable, even for Fast Food. As a former McDonalds Employee from Oklahoma, I find this Deplorable. I will be going to this McDonalds tomorrow and speaking with the Supervisor. There needs to be an active investigation on this Specific McDonalds. Not only are they stealing people's money by refusing to give people food, getting orders wrong, possibly stealing Monopoly Stickers, they are also harming the companies image even further. If things aren't done, and I will check up that they are, I will be reporting this to the Global Office in Chicago.
