  Lady at the front desk with curly hair and blonde highlights,glasses,chubby. Couldn’t give me a ranch sauce and ignored me.terrible costumer service.being rude and disrespectful.

  Asked for salt twice, the first time the manager looked at me then walked away, the second time someone went to get me salt and came back with a single packet.

  Drive through is always so slow, so I go in inside, it's slow there too. But even better they don't every have any one working the the single register they have. You use the self check out, which is fine, but when your food is ready someone will come out from behind the McCafe screen call your number and this is the funny part, they then scamper away before you can even acknowledge that it is your order. Intentionally ignoring anyone that might need help. They didn't put your ketchup in your bag? Well it's probably going to take a bit because they will only pop up past the screen to call a number and run as fast as they can pretending they didn't see anyone. I hate it, it's just so bad. Why bother having people if they aren't actually going to help anyone. I can go to a local burger joint, get a cheaper, better burger and actually get someone to acknowledge my existence. The few times someone has actually been behind the counter they have mastered the ability to ignore you while looking directly at you. I just have a laugh because this place is just so bad. 50% of time the fries are going to be cold, if they are hot they are only going to fill the box 50%. Everytime I go in I say to myself you are leaving with fresh and full box. Everytime I leave I have old or empty fries. One of the days I am going to be quick enough! Good luck ordering anything fried here McChicken, filet, etc those will come old and dried out at almost all times outside of lunch or dinner rush. Once I came here at changeover between breakfast and lunch and I was pretty excited because when the fries are fresh they are amazing and how can you have old fries at 10:30 on a Monday? I dunno you will have to ask someone at McDonalds because they figured out how to serve old lunch at the start of lunch. You might ask why do I come here? I dunno, it is on my way home, I think maybe I hate myself? Or I want to see how bad a business can be run? And see that business be confused on why yoy sales drop? Maybe it's because I love a McRib? There is nothing better than a mechanically sperated pork patty. I always order them extra bbq sauce, pickles and onions and they are usually kind enough ignore my request but still tape the modification ticket to the box in a power move to let me know they know and they want me to know that my request was denied. But not my last one they had an even more special treat for me. Keep in mind I ordered it through the app so no one accidently pressed the wrong button. What I get is one of the worst things I have ever tried, I get it with bbq sauce but as a bonus they provide me with a massive load of bigmac sauce right in the middle?! Would not recommend the MacRib, RibMac? no thank you.
