    Bad customer services tried calling them to see if they have cookies available because on the app it says unavailable but. Yet they processed to answer the phone and hang up like seriously it's not that hard to answer a phone to so the customer can ask you a quick question.

    The McDonald’s on Colfax and Perry has very poor customer service. We waited about five minutes in the drive-through while two cars that arrived after us were helped first. One employee who appeared to be in a managerial role was multitasking and working in the kitchen, but was not wearing a proper uniform, name tag, or gloves, so it was unclear whether this person was actually the manager. The location appeared understaffed and disorganized, and no one stepped in to help or manage the situation. The drive-through communication was unprofessional, and overall the experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. This store needs better staffing, clearer leadership, and proper food safety standards. Very disappointing experience.

    I go out of my way to go to this McDonald’s on 38th and Irving in Denver. The foods always cooked perfectly and presented with care, the staff is very friendly and specifically the gentleman with the goatee and earrings might be the best McDonald’s employee I’ve ever met. Thank you for keeping my 3rd closest McDonald’s my favorite store and an enjoyable experience every time! PS I don’t have a lot of money and I don’t really have a kitchen so I eat fast food for most meals - I eat at this McDonald’s nearly every day for the reasons mentioned. Thank you, for real - your kindness goes much further than you know. PPS I already ate the burger, photos just so you know I’m real.

    This location is really horrible with literally everything, every time I’ve ordered online they make my food look like they’re on a budget to add extra anything that I requested & it’s every single time. Their employees need to do better.

    Very unhappy with the professional customer service. Paid for my food on the app for pick up at the counter. Walked across the street to go inside but doors were locked before 9pm. Called the store when they finally answered after calling the third time the girl answering said what do you want!!! I politely said I did a pick up order for inside at the counter and she said the name of the order and I said yes, I said I tried to get in but the doors were locked. She said yeah we lock the doors at 9. I told here I was over there before 9 and they were already locked she totally ignored what I said and told me she said my name out loud but no one came and I can go threw drivethrew to get my order. And hung up on me. Well I don't have a car so how the am I to get my food??? I want a refund. But sure that won't happen. This happened on January 8th 2026.
