Receiving food that is not properly cooked once is concerning, but having it happen twice points to a serious lack of quality control and food safety standards. (Incompetent employees) The fries tasted stale, as if they had been sitting for an extended period of time, and basic items such as straws and napkins were missing from the order. Obviously this location demonstrates a clear disregard for food safety and customer service. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding these repeated issues. Do better, management.
