  Food was great! But we had to wait nearly 30 mins for our food!! We purposely went inside the place so we could attempt to avoid the crazy long line at the drive thru, but it didn’t matter. Still had to wait. But the food was cooked to perfection and even though I asked for a few special requests on my meal, they got it all correct… just took forever!

  Every time I come here, the customer service has been so nice and awesome. They seem like they genuinely care about the customer. Even if they aren't the fastest or get some mistakes.. the customer service is always awesome and honestly I'd rather wait a few extra mins for good food but the others are complaining on here about wait times. They are people too. & Yes everyone makes mistakes so as long as they aren't consistent which I have not noticed here. For me the customer service can outweigh any wait time or a couple mistakes at times. Gotta give grace to the teams that care and are trying their hardest unlike the ones who don't care and have bad food. One other mcdonalds a customer seemed rude about the cold fries, and then they quite literally gave me cold fries after her attitude. So if that was a habit for them. Some seemed snotty and don't care which you can taste in the food. But this location has been the best so far on every level. Always good hot food too. Good customer service really can give someone a boost in their mood and have a positive impact on their day.

  If I could give this o place a 0 I would because nothing gets done, orders are incorrect and efficiency is nonexistent. Made me wait in curbside for 10 mins(mind you I ordered 20 minutes beforehand on the app). They need to fire their staff because they dont care about their customers or jobs

  Great food and even better service! We came in around 1:00am on 11/06 and everything was 10/10. The person who took our order, I believe their name was Ethan, was incredibly friendly. Plus our order was correct, fresh and tasted great. Management, you have a great night crew!

  I gave it all 5 stars, but ofc I mean relative to the fact that it is McDonald’s. In that sense, yes this was the best chicken sandwich you can possibly get at a McDonald’s. It’s quite clear this location is run far better than probably any other I’ve been to in the state. It’s crazy tbh, I think they have 1 register! But lots of self order kiosks, as well as QR codes etc to order from each table. And omg, a woman just walked up to my table asking if I was ok! At McDonald’s! What?? I’m curious if this is a franchise or what because it’s truly shocking how much better this location is run. Arguably the best service, and best run business I’ve seen in Denver!(since late 2017 when I moved here)
