They take longer then most mc Donald's and the ice cream machine been broken for like a whole year been going to this place now 20 years and it just keep getting worse but the staff is nice and friendly they have no control over somethings and I will absolutely give them a better rating once things get if they do i hope so I'm rooting for them believe it

Took my grand daughter to eat and play here and they had a dirty mop bucket in the play area kind of dangerous for toddlers amd to be in Play area this should have been kept in mop closet

Had a problem with a drink that I payed 7$ for (1.50 of it was extras that I didn't receive) which is really no big deal just add it to the next drink Im getting is what I was thinking would be the solution. I politely waited at the front for about 10 minutes and then I saw a sign that said if you need help ask a employee, so I told the guy working whenever he has a minute. He Immediately said it's going to be a while he's got a thousand orders or I can order on the kiosk. I told him I had a problem and I waited another 5 minutes and explained the problem to him, he didn't say anything just walked away. A few moments later the manager comes up and is asking for my receipt, at which point I show her my app and explain the problem, she's clearly mad and says she needs to see the cost of what I ordered, I'm fumbling through the app trying to find it because I could only find my recent orders which is just what you ordered, I ask her if I can show her my bank account and she's like yeah show me your bank account and then she walks away. At this point im baffled and confused, I asked her when she came back if ordering extras on the app was slowing them down and if I should do it differently. She complained about the number of extras people put in their coffees.. I asked for her name and told her I wasn't worried about fixing this anymore and she refused to give it to me and I left. I have been coming here for years and I even tipped them 5$ in cash last week so I am extremely disappointed in the service, especially ordering through the app. Something extremely small that could've been fixed in a second turned into me never going there ever again. Pro tip for anyone looking for their receipt, If you ordered on the app it will be on your email!
