  Mozzarella triangles were microwaved and not served hot. Deep dish pizza was Luke warm in the middle. Server was friendly but not attentive and was standing in back of restaurant talking to other employees rather than checking on his tables. Had to take soda back to him because it had no syrup in it. Then had to go find him to order appetizer. He did not do a follow up after the pizza was served to see if everything was good. Just not a good experience all the way around. Probably won't go there again.

  First off, great food as always from Giordano. Yesterday, during lunch, I came to this location at 12:15pm and finally got service 10 minutes later. Would've thought it was busy but surprisingly there were only 4 tables that needed to be served with 2 of them already having food on the table. I would go to the bathroom and see the servers just talking with each other. They didn't come check for a very long time and I was trying to order a drink for around 15 minutes more. Once I got the server I finally got my drink and it had a fist full of ice with the cup being the size of a fist. Once I got my food at around 1pm and ate it, it took another 5-10 minutes just to pay and get out of there. Not gonna lie, I was highly tempted to not tip due to the trash service, but I will also say that they didn't get more than 15% tip

  My son went here tonight for dinner. He called me after because the experience was upsetting. The food was good, but the service was disappointing. My son and his girlfriend are a biracial couple. She is of African descent and he is Native American. During their visit two staff members appeared uncomfortable with their presence. The two waitstaff repeatedly looked over at his girlfriend in a way that felt inappropriate, judgmental and unsettling. When my son asked one of the waitstaff where the restroom was, he stared at my son and pointed in a direction that was not even near it, brushing him off. He had to ask another employee to get the correct information. I can’t say for certain whether this was due to how they looked or an implicit racial bias, but either way the experience made them feel unwelcome and ultimately ruined what was supposed to be a special night for them. We obviously won’t be returning and I will voice his experience so other people don’t waste their money to be made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

  I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered two pizzas, and they came extremely thin, extra crispy, completely burned, and very salty. We could not eat them. The pizzas were left almost untouched on the table. We called the waiter to explain the situation, but instead of helping us or offering a solution, he simply said that we had ordered them that way. He did not apologize, did not offer to replace them, and did not give us any discount or refund. In the end, we were forced to pay $120 for two pizzas we could not eat. The service was rude, unprofessional, and very disappointing. This was a horrible experience, and I will not be coming back.

  Service was terrible, restaurant was not busy at all yet we sat for over 20 minutes before anyone even came to get our drink order. The food took over an hour to come out, and was cold like it had just been sitting back there. Meanwhile servers were just hanging out talking and sitting in the back. My Italiano sandwich I ordered was terrible with the bread so burnt it hurt to even bite into, very little meat, not good at all, and the fries tasted like they were barely cooked they were so cold. Server checked on us maybe once the entire meal. We had 6 in our party so the tip was automatically added otherwise the tip would’ve reflected the horrible service that was given. Definitely do not recommend. We also weren’t the only ones that felt this way, there was another guest that had to literally ask if anyone was going to come take his drink order because he’d been there over 20 minutes also without any interaction.
