She put me on hold, and while on hold, I got disconnected. A few moments later, she tried to call me back and I was having problems with my phone. When I finally arrived at the store, I explained the situation. The employee at the register was confused because I wasn't talking to her on the phone. But then all of a sudden, a lady who was cooking said "oh yeah, I remember you". They still had my order in the computer, and were ready to get me my food going. Which by the way, was amazing!!! The fries are always so delicious and you actually get a better bang for your buck.
