  I had a catering order recently and it showed up completely wrong, 45 minutes late, and when I called to discuss this I was pretty much told to go elsewhere if I wasn't happy. I have never had such terrible customer service over an issue that was their fault. This was going to be a frequent catering order that I WILL be taking elsewhere.

  I contacted the store regarding a mobile order sent to a non-existent address. The manager was unable to provide any guidance or basic company procedure. He merely told me to Google the other location, and when I told him the number listed online was disconnected, he simply said 'oh ok' and hung up the phone. His total lack of willingness to assist or show basic courtesy was unacceptable.

  It is very sad that the prior employees that worked at Brueggers didn’t get to keep their jobs. This location used to be so special. The cashier and baker were the best of the best and they lost their jobs.

  Ehram and William are great employees working hard to give customers the best experience possible, along with the manager with red hair (sorry I didn’t catch your name) and the rest of the staff. The bagels are amazing and fresh, and the atmosphere is so clean and open. I live down the street and I will be a regular here!

  Words cannot describe of how much of an amazing experience I had here. Thank you Stephanie and Aaliyah for providing great customer service and awesome personalities. I appreciate everything you two did today, thank you again. Satisfied with the food and the drinks :)
