    Ordered the double egg jalapeño bagel, they informed me that they were out of this bagel. I changed to everything bagel and large coffee. The service was exceptional, the lady who both took my order and the tye other that gave me my order, very polite! Thank you! The bagel however even with salt and pepper had ZERO flavor.

    Ran out of tomato, turkey, and avocado. Can't really have an turkey, bacon, avocado without those, but proceeded to charge me extra for substituting onions and cucumber for the lack of other ingredients. They did sub in chicken for the turkey, but running out of basics mid-day on a Sunday is silly.

    Worst Einstein’s I have ever been to. After waiting 25 minutes, I tried to order three different items and they were out. Decided on a toasted bagel with cream cheese and when I got to my gate and opened the bag- the bagel was warm but soggy, and my cream cheese was cold in the middle. Never been so disappointed early in the morning before a flight.
