I don't believe there's any milk in this thing. 24 oz of milk would have about 24 g of protein; this thing is listed as having 2 g and I view that number with suspicion. One of the worst things I've ingested in the last 10 years. $7.00 for a slurry whose ingredients probably cost 50 cents.
