- MTMarcie TobinDec 27, 20251.0Unbelievably slow service! 3 employees standing around, including the manager, while a couple of obviously new kids were struggling, busy and overwhelmed. No sense of urgency. After 15 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and was told my order had just been put in. I asked for a refund at this point and the manager couldn't figure out how to give me a refund! After another 15 minutes of him struggling, I asked for a giftcard instead just to get out of there. He wasn't able to do that either. 30 minutes in the store and no food or refund. I needed to leave for an appointment I was now late for. I was told to call back and it would be taken care of. I'm not holding my breath. I've been to this location twice and both experiences were terrible.

Management is all but absent. 20 minutes for a Bagel and coffee seems silly... make that 25 minutes since they gave my order to the wrong person. Such a shame. I'll be finding a new location.

Wrong order numerous times, out of plain bagels frequently, saw asst manager reprimand employee in front of customers, always having to wait. Basic lack of care overall. Can’t wait until new one on University, by DU!!! 30 yr customer and now during further to get better service at another Einstein’s!! Poor sign of customer service for sure!!
