Who is running this place into the ground? No patio furniture to sit on, all the tables were dirty, coffee was cold, bagel was like rubber, and worst of all the bacon was not crunchy.

Standard Einstein's in terms of menu. The Texas Brisket Bagel remains my favorite. The blueberry muffin is very good and pairs well with a vanilla latte. The espresso based coffees are better than the drip coffees.
Service was excellent on this visit. They were fast and friendly with enough staff to keep things moving on a busy morning. There is a lot of seating. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi available for guests.
Between the limited on street parking and the lot behind the store, there's plenty of parking.
