  Ate here with my friend before a concert, very nice, comfortable atmosphere. A little dark but I had no problem seeing the menu. We split a smash burger, because it was huge, and to our surprise, they brought it cut in half, on separate plates with our own fries and ketchup. We were there at 6p so it was mostly business casual. I would definitely go here again.

  EDGE Restaurant was an incredible experience from start to finish. William, our server, was outstanding. He was warm, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations that made the evening feel personal and special. James, the sommelier, was equally impressive. His wine recommendations were perfect and paired beautifully with our meal. You can tell he truly knows his craft. The service, food, and overall experience were exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!

  Went here for valentine’s day brunch, everything was excellent especially the service was particularly amazing. Like standout customer service skills, my only reason for four stars is that our chairs were dirty and had crumbs all over them then we swapped them for the table next to us and they also had crumbs all over them as well, but other than that great experience. We were also able to valet park at the Four Seasons and eat at the restaurant for a discount on the parking fee! Nice perk

  Wow my husband and I came from NYC to visit family, and our favorite back home is Peter Luger’s or my dad’s Argentine asado. Brandt was such a professional, answering which flavor was this butter cream, which cut was on the special, and even brought us chocolates to take home with our leftovers. If we’re ever in Denver again, we will be sure to stop by. Date night was made special because of Brandt’s attention and level of service.

  An absolutely flawless lunch at EDGE Restaurant & Bar! Our group of four—two couples celebrating love and a longtime friendship during Valentine’s week—couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend the Seafood Cobb. It was a truly 5-star dish featuring Fresh Lobster, Crab, and Shrimp, Egg, Tomato, Cucumber, and Avocado, Basil Ranch dressing and crunchy Focaccia Croutons. As an LGBTQ matchmaker, I’m always looking for spots that strike the right balance of sophistication and intimacy, and this is the perfect place for a date. The service and quality are second to none. Truly a 'glow-up' experience in the heart of Denver!
