  Staffing needs to be reviewed at thos location on Green Valley Ranch. Although, I'm sure they mean well. However, when placing an order ahead of time, arriving on time all to wait an additional 45 minutes for 3 drinks that were already paid for, tells me there is no urgency or respect for my time and money. I watch a employee take 3 orders, looked at my vehicle and went inside. 25 minutes later another lady appeared and took my name, returned inside to find my drinks. 2 of the 3 were watered down (melted) from sitting.

  I come here multiple times a week and the service and drinks are not consistent. There are many employees who are always friendly, always fast, and make my drinks perfect every time but that is not always the case. I placed an order on the app on Monday March 2nd at 5:03pm. My drink should have been ready 5:10 pm according to the app. I walked up to the window at 5:10pm and didn't get my drink until 5:24pm. It was clear that they forgot about me waiting there and wanted to make drive thru orders instead of mine even though I ordered ahead. I was the only person at the walk up window for the entire time that I was there. I will always give grace when it is busy but I was the only one there. There was zero sense of urgency.

  This location is absolutely garbage! Supposedly when you mobile order a drink it’s supposed to be ready at pick up time and not 10-15 minutes after! This location is beyond slow serving cars. You’re going to spend at least 30 minutes waiting on one drink! The employees just look out the window to see how many more car are piling up and are too busy chit chatting and laughing with each other while there’s an abundance of cars outside. And when you pull up to the window there are two people working on ONE drink! I have gone to other Dutch bros location and they are so quick and efficient. Is there even a manager on duty? I’m not understanding why they can’t seem to fix this issue if other people are comparing about the wait time? To add on to my joyful experience here one time I came here and of course the lanes are split in two, why is it that they take orders of cars that were there after you? So I went ahead of them because they were taking forever to order. The young man who was placing orders outside came up to me and said “next time you need to be careful because we go zig zag” I just laughed! And yet they ask for tips! Lol , But 7 brews is down the street, save yourself time and stress!

  I have been going to Dutch bros since I was a child and never have I had such a horrendous experience with one of the employees. She was rude and combative right out of the gate and immediately made my whole party uncomfortable. I asked for a straw and she gave me the nastiest look imaginable and begrudgingly handed over the straw aggressively. I’m not the kind of person to write a bad review, but the girl at the walk up window with the purplish pink hair with bangs has definitely changed that. Will never be coming back to the 17581 Denver location ever again.

  The coffee is exceptional. I suggest implementing a dedicated drive-thru ordering system instead of relying on a single individual to manage orders for two queues. Additionally, expanding the menu to include food options would be beneficial.
